Internship Opportunities

Progress Valley offers unique opportunities for students within our gender-specific chemical health programs. The goal is to offer an individualized learning experience and provide treatment in the areas relevant to the 12 core functions (required for licensing through the State of Minnesota). All internship opportunities are available to students who are enrolled in a college, university or accredited chemical dependency program that offers course credit for internships.

Progress Valley is a non-profit agency offering men’s and women’s chemical dependency treatment services with locations in Minneapolis and Richfield, Minnesota. Our licensed Minnesota alcohol & drug rehab programs, counselors and sober housing services provide addiction and alcoholism treatment in Minneapolis, St. Paul and the Twin Cities metro area, including Richfield, Edina, Bloomington, Golden Valley, Eagan, Eden Prairie, Maplewood, Woodbury, as well as Hennepin County, Ramsey County, Dakota County, Washington County, Scott County, Carver County, Anoka County, rural Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Illinois and more. We treat alcohol and drug addiction to meth, heroin, cocaine, marijuana and prescription drugs. We specialize in the treatment of adult men and women with alcohol and drug abuse or dependency and mental health problems.
