Gail is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) with over 10 years of experience in the field. Currently, she is working at PV4 at our Roseville location, where she provides counseling services to individuals facing substance use challenges. Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of working with adolescents in residential settings and a diverse range of adults in high-intensity outpatient and Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) programs. In addition, Gail is pursuing her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adler Graduate School, with the goal of earning her Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license. Her therapeutic approach is person-centered and grounded in the belief that you are the expert of your own journey. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and an Adlerian perspective to tailor treatment to unique needs. She believes that a strong, authentic, and trusting therapeutic relationship is essential for healing and growth. She takes a compassionate, strengths-based approach, focusing on potential rather than challenges. In working together, individuals can expect a safe, supportive environment where Gail is caring, direct and occasionally will incorporate humor to create a more comfortable space for change. Through a warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative approach, she is committed to partnering with clients to achieve personal goals and navigate a path toward lasting transformation.
