Jim uses an integrative approach to therapy, combining Adlerian Psychology, mindfulness, and CBT/DBT. He believes in a collaborative process that helps clients focus on the present, gain awareness of their thoughts and behaviors, and find a sense of belonging to achieve meaningful change.
With a passion for mindfulness and gardening, Jim connects deeply with clients. He specializes in anxiety, PTSD, and generational trauma, using mindfulness practices to reduce stress and symptoms.
Currently pursuing a master’s in clinical mental health counseling at Adler Graduate School, Jim has a bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Minnesota and eight years of experience in mental health. He is driven by the opportunity to help clients overcome challenges, discover their strengths, and create lasting change.
