Kyle Ross, LPCC

Assistant Director of Mental Health • He/Him/His

Kyle Ross has worked in mental health as a therapist for the past 15 years as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, and has recently joined Progress Valley as the Assistant Director of Mental Health. Kyle graduated from Adler Graduate School in 2015 and has specialized in program development and leadership since then. Kyle has worked within the mental health system on many levels including senior leadership, program development, supervisor and therapist. He is passionate about using his experience to improve the lives of his clients through innovative and creative clinical solutions, and his staff through mentorship and training.

Outside of work, Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife and young son. His hobbies are reading, playing guitar, teaching graduate courses, and wood working.

Founded in 1972, Progress Valley is a Minneapolis-St. Paul area-based nonprofit provider of services for people with emotional and mental health challenges and/or substance use issues related to drugs or alcohol. Community members can find therapy and mental health counseling at our Bloomington Mental Health Clinic. Clients from all over Minnesota and the nation can find help with substance use challenges with us as well.
