Kylyn is the Director Health Services with over 20 years of experience, primarily in psych/mental health. She holds an AA in Health Care Management, a BSN, and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Nursing (expected 2026). Kylyn is licensed in nursing, a CPR instructor, and holds multiple TMS certifications. Her expertise spans psychiatric nursing, home care, wound care, oncology, epilepsy, TMS, ketamine treatments, and emergency care.
She prioritizes empathy, client safety, and consistent care, always striving to find daily successes. Kylyn is actively involved in improving nursing programs at Anoka Technical School. She began her career as a CNA and has advanced through roles from TMA to LPN, RN, BSN, and Ph.D. candidate.
Outside of work, Kylyn enjoys spending time with her children, attending sports events, cabin time, and traveling. Surprisingly, Kylyn is a proud grandmother of two young grandchildren, a 2-year-old girl and an almost-2-year-old boy.
