With over a decade of experience as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) and a background in the field of substance use disorders (SUD) since 2008, Sarah brings a deep commitment to client-centered care. Throughout her career, she has worked across various treatment modalities, each offering unique insights and opportunities to support individuals on their recovery journey.
Sarah’s approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, with a strong emphasis on Solution-Focused Therapy, Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT), and Harm Reduction strategies. Above all, she believes in a “people-first” philosophy – ensuring that the individuals we serve feel seen, heard, and empowered.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time outdoors walking her dogs, as well as expressing her creativity through painting and sewing.
Sarah looks forward to continuing to make a meaningful impact in the field and collaborating with colleagues to provide the highest level of care and support to our clients.
