Residential Counselor PV2 Bloomington

Thadious holds an Associate Degree in Addiction Counseling and currently holds a temporary license to practice Alcohol and Drug Counseling. He has been ICRC certified since November 2023 and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Community Development at Metropolitan State University. Thadious has experience working with various populations and cultures. He uses Motivational Interviewing and developing CBT skills in his approach to helping clients.

Thadious volunteers his time within the recovery community to help others with their recovery. He also enjoys exercising and listening to contemporary jazz in his free time.

Founded in 1972, Progress Valley is a Minneapolis-St. Paul area-based nonprofit provider of services for people with emotional and mental health challenges and/or substance use issues related to drugs or alcohol. Community members can find therapy and mental health counseling at our Bloomington Mental Health Clinic. Clients from all over Minnesota and the nation can find help with substance use challenges with us as well.
