Renee O’Donnell ADC-T

Renee joined Progress Valley in 2016 as a CD Tech and quickly became a Lead CD Tech. In 2021, she became an ADC-T with the women’s residential program, and she recently moved to the outpatient program. She completed her AA in Addiction Studies with MCTC in January 2021 and is now pursuing a BA in Psychology at Augsburg University. Renee has a deep passion and connection to this work and views Progress Valley as the best organization to do what she loves. Renee is the mother of an 8-year-old son. They enjoy outdoor activities, such as swimming, bike rides, walks, sledding, art and crafts, and cooking meals together.

Founded in 1972, Progress Valley is a Minneapolis-St. Paul area-based nonprofit provider of services for people with emotional and mental health challenges and/or substance use issues related to drugs or alcohol. Community members can find therapy and mental health counseling at our Bloomington Mental Health Clinic. Clients from all over Minnesota and the nation can find help with substance use challenges with us as well.
