Dan Conzemius is a Senior Property Manager with over 18 years of experience in commercial, industrial, and retail real estate. During his career, Dan has worked with a diverse client base of institutional clients and private investors. Dan has worked on a variety of property types, but his focus has been on the management and leasing of grocery anchored shopping centers. Early in Dan’s career, he worked as a Credit Analyst with Wells Fargo Commercial Real Estate and then as a Leasing Representative for Robert Muir Company. For the last 18 years, Dan has worked in Property Management where he works diligently to earn his customers’ trust and respect with his attention to detail and focus on customer service. Dan currently manages Prairieview Shopping Center and Pier 37 for United Properties. Dan works closely with leasing, accounting, and operations to help meet the client’s investment objectives.
Dan joined Progress Valley’s Board of Directors in January 2026.
