Are you ready to take on your recovery while living independently? Progress Valley’s new Community Living IOP at our Roseville location offers structured intensive outpatient care — designed specifically for adults who have their own housing and are ready to build recovery in their everyday environment.

PV4 — Roseville, MN

Progress Valley’s Community Living IOP is an intensive outpatient program at ASAM Level 2.1, offered at our Roseville location three days a week. It’s designed for adults who are living independently in the community and need structured clinical support to sustain their recovery.

Unlike our IOP with lodging programs at PV1 and PV3, this track does not include residential housing. Clients attend programming on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday mornings and return to their own home each day.
