A man walking towards the sun on a path.

Recovery doesn’t have to mean stepping away from your daily life. Progress Valley’s Evening Telehealth Outpatient Program offers structured outpatient care delivered virtually — in the evenings, from wherever you are in Minnesota.

Whether you’re working, caring for family, or simply need a flexible path to treatment, our evening telehealth program gives you access to professional care without disrupting what matters most.

About the Program

Progress Valley’s Evening Telehealth Outpatient Program is a structured outpatient treatment program delivered via Microsoft Teams. Programming runs three evenings a week and is available to adults across Minnesota — no matter where you live.

This program is designed for individuals who have completed a higher level of outpatient care and are ready to step down into a flexible, evening-based format — or for those who need structured support but cannot attend daytime programming due to work, childcare, or location.

  • Psychoeducation
  • Mental health referrals

Your treatment team will work with you to develop an individualized plan that fits your recovery goals and daily schedule.

What to Expect

All programming is delivered through Microsoft Teams. To participate you will need:

  • A stable internet connection
  • A device with audio and video capability
  • A private space where you can attend sessions without others present

Your primary counselor will work with you during treatment planning to confirm all requirements and ensure you have what you need to participate fully.

Note: In some situations, in-person attendance may be recommended. Your counselor and supervisor will discuss this with you if it applies to your treatment plan.

Because Progress Valley offers a full continuum of care, clients in the Community Living IOP can also receive support for co-occurring mental health conditions as part of their treatment.
