Duke Fokuo, MBA, brings 15+ years of senior finance leadership to Progress Valley, with experience spanning nonprofit health services, public education, and large-scale commercial organizations. Most recently, he served as VP of Finance at a community health organization and as a fractional CFO guiding nonprofits through financial transitions and growth. This work is personal to him: his family has been touched by mental health and substance use challenges, and he is drawn to organizations where strong financial operations exist to serve people, not just the bottom line. Duke lives in Minneapolis and is the proud father of two. Duke enjoys working out, especially running; he also enjoys watching Manchester United or cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes. Go Hawks!
