Kathy has been working in the substance use field for the past 19 years, bringing extensive experience and compassion to her work. She meets each client where they are, using a trauma-informed approach to support their growth and healing. Known for her dedication and empathy, Kathy strives to make a positive impact in every interaction. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing board games, and exploring the outdoors. Kathy also loves to travel and looks for opportunities to be of service whenever she can. Committed to both personal and professional growth, she is excited to continue making a difference in the lives of those she serves.

Founded in 1972, Progress Valley is a Minneapolis-St. Paul area-based nonprofit provider of services for people with emotional and mental health challenges and/or substance use issues related to drugs or alcohol. Community members can find therapy and mental health counseling at our Bloomington Mental Health Clinic. Clients from all over Minnesota and the nation can find help with substance use challenges with us as well.
