Mike joined Progress Valley in 2020 and currently serves as the Residence Manager for both the men’s and women’s lodging programs. In this role, he oversees the hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision of the CD Tech team, working to ensure a supportive and consistent environment for residents across both programs.
Originally from Chicago, Mike earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Management from the University of Dayton in Ohio before relocating to Minnesota in 2014. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, playing chess, and keeping up with Chicago sports.
