Sydne began her nursing career after obtaining her LPN and joining a residential treatment facility as a site nurse. After several years of working in the field, she returned to school to earn her RN, further developing her knowledge and skills so she could expand her ability to advocate for clients and implement ideas that support those seeking a healthier way of life. She went on to serve as a Nurse Lead Supervisor, where she found great fulfillment in supporting and developing nursing staff while remaining hands-on and closely connected to the clients they serve. Her passion for recovery is rooted in personal experience and a desire to support individuals who she believes are often underserved within the community.
Outside of work, Sydne enjoys spending time with her fiancé and 7-year-old son, reading, and taking on DIY
projects and improvements around her home
