Tom is currently a counselor at Progress Valley and has a Master’s degree in Co-occurring disorders from Metropolitan State University. He has a passion for helping individuals struggling with co-occurring mental health/substance use disorders and understands the complexities that can bring in an individual’s recovery journey.
With a strong background in 12-step programs, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, he strives to continue learning and incorporating evidence-based practices into his work. He brings a strong sense of empathy, personability, and sense of humor to help individuals become their best selves in their recovery journey.
In his free time, Tom enjoys gardening, working out, and spending time with friends and family. He is also a proud dog dad of two dogs, Sophie and Rocky.
